I've worked in event planning and often times companies/brands will only provide the money for the basics. you'll often be buying extras out of pocket if you want your team to stay happy. in this case he probably could have got free coffee but I can understand his reasoning

Also, I’m 5’8”, significantly above the average height of women and I’ve only dated one tall guy in my 40 years of life. I haven’t dated a lot, but the rest of the guys I’ve dated ALL say they’re 5’11”. And definitely none of them were, including my boyfriend of seven years 🤷🏼♀️
My sister is 5’11, so is my niece. My brother is 6’7”. I’m just saying, fellas and ladies and everyone out there, you’re not as tall as my sister, so you’re not 5’11” and I’m cool with that.

Him flipping the patty was an intentional move, he knew that his hands would be able to handle it. The butter splashing on him was unplanned and hit him on a spot not as used to the heat.

I never really knew what exactly it was, figured some kinda hybrid...but it's literally just croissant dough done up like a donut (ie, holepunched and fried). I'm almost disappointed...but I still want to try it.

Nah, I love the food but the food safety would make me scared to eat anything out of that restaurant lol
It's been suggested many times in the past, but it's just not something they'd do. It's a ton of work to run a restaurant and they are already super busy running a media company. Plus, it's niche internet thing and wouldn't have enough mainstream appeal to actually maintain a reasonable customer base. Overall, it's just not a good business decision. If they make anything out of it, it should be a big recipe book for all the crazy things they've made so people can easily make them at home.
