Yes you can shoot in D-Log at 4K 120fps. If you aren't seeing this option while using the "SLO" function, you may be behind by a few months in your firmware.
It's an excellent camera. Hopefully they add focus lock in a firmware update.

You can mark people and i personally haven’t had any shot out of focus so far. So you actually don’t need to lock the focus
