What is the point to have en-suite in such a small house. There is the same distance go to bathroom. Bedroom nr 2 shouldn't be called bedroom. All the developers are very greedy.
It is more like a 1 bedroom property. The 2nd bedroom would not hold a single bed, what was in there was probably a toddler bed and there was no built in wardrobe or space to put one in the master bedroom. The design of the property wasn’t good either.

Yes, it looks nice... but from point of practicality... Is there a space for a wardrobe?
I want to know if the person who designs the single bedrooms has ever slept in one?
Some single rooms can be quite small. Most people use them for home office or kids room.
Then don’t call it a single bedroom. @@dreamhomeswithmandy
If the small bedroom is not really going to used as one why make the main bedroom so small with an en-suite? Where do the clothes go.
