A 'Wacking' Great Week At Work! - Digger Girl Diaries Week 34

- I started off this week in my Kubota at home in Scotland, clearing a house site and digging foundations. I then flew out to Germany to join Wacker Neuson to try out there new electric range of machines as well as there new Duel View 45 Dumper with a multi view cab. I had a great time and trying the new equipment. They have a machine to get a job done from start to finish. I finished the week up back at home in my machine.

Another great vid Amy. Quite like the Wacker Neuson stuff. Always seems well put together. Got a 9t wheeled loader and its a great too, pushing outside of it's class. Great work on the house site. The final ditch you put in by the bank, do you just use your eye for the fall? The rototilt does make it look much easier though, perfect tool. 👌

My usual question about so-called "zero emissions" vehicles. How do they guarantee that, not only does the electricity used to power them come from a ZE source, but that that electricity doesn't result in someone else needing to draw electricity from a fossil source?

You do a really good job but I think they’ve should let you work the machine hard to really give a good review. All they are doing is really showing the machine off not really what they can do and how long they last

Hi Amy. WACKER NEUSON have come a long way with their range of equipment. They have strong competition in every market they represent. A full line such as this seldom gives rise to big market share of one or two types of machines. The diversification seems to dictate they need to find dealers or distributors that do not have competing machines. The tilting cab on the 360 tracked machine is I believe unique to them, and the one dumper with a 360 bucket and cab is cracking.
MECALAC have a very exciting range of equipment continually evolving, let’s not forget our own 🇬🇧JCB always at the forefront of design, and well before your time the 🏴HY-MAC Excavators who had one of the earliest rubber ducks or Wheeled Excavators as they were known their model 610. Great location for showing and demoing machines, well done to WACKER NEUSON. Not a big player here in the States yet but have potential with this line-up for sure. Great video. 👍🏴🇺🇸

That was a much better video seeing you make a ditch at that new build and I really like that dumper you just spin the seat and go with bucket at front or back. You aren't sure of the electric ones yet it's like they with no sound are weird, great video Amy and you like kid in sweetie shop with those machines.
It will take a bit getting used to having no sound on the machines from a little petrol head like myself 😅 thank you for watching 😊
