I have a theory that Jotaro knew he could stop time, but didn't know how far he could with it. Like he always saw everything freeze for a split second in high stress situations and beat downs, but never though it was out of the ordinary. As far a Jotaro was concerned, it was because of his Stand, and any other Stand User with as high of speed and precision as Star Platinum would experience the same thing. The anime goes to show this in the Devine Geb fight. Jotaro seems to stop time for a split second in order to attack the enemy User, but as for as either are concerned, Star Platinum just got a sudden burst of speed since that's the type of Stand it is. When fighting against DIO, Jotaro considers, for the first time, that perhaps he could stop time as well, that perhaps what he's been experiencing isn't customary to every Stand User like he thought. He mentions that Star Platinum and The World are the same type of Stand, that they are fast and precise. What he means is that Star Platinum might have the same ability as The World, he's just been thinking about it wrong I like this theory partially because of the fight itself. Instead of brute forcing his way through time like he seems to be, Jotaro is instead trying to latch on to that specific feeling of stopping time. Commanding Star Platinum simply move, like he has been, only results in "flinching" through time, nothing more. He gets better and better as the fight goes on, but can't find the specific emotion he needs. It isn't until DIO insults him, injures his friends and family, then pushes Jotaro to the absolute brink, does he finally tap into Star Platinum's true power. "You pissed me off." It really was DIO's downfall. If he had simply ended Jotaro after taking Joseph's blood, DIO would've won, but the second he let his pride get to him and he decided to embarrass his opponent with an over the top finisher, he lost. He unlocked the one emotion he needed to push beyond and push Star Platinum's potential
this is why I quit pixel gun 3d 2 years ago because it became a play to win game, if you have skills in this game ur gonna be destroy by your newbie enemies who have alot of op guns ur pretty much screwed, I missed this channel and I have a huge respect for u exxxotik gaming for not quiting this game and still playing the dispite the current state of pixel gun 3d which is a play to win
