- HELLO EVERYONE. TODAY I WILL CREATE PROJECT:
CONNECT PLC OMRON NX1P2(9024DT) - HMI MITSUBISHI GS-2107 (MODBUS TCP/IP)
+ CONFIG PLC OMRON NX1P2-9024DT: MODBUS TCP/IP - modbus client (USE FUNCTION MODBUS TCP SERVER )
- CREATE PROJECT SOFTWARE SYSMAC STUDIO
- SETTING IP 192.168.0.123.
- ADD LIBRARY OEN_Communication_V1_0_22(1.0.22,Omron Electronics Norway AS)
+++ Modbus TCP_SERVER (OEN\Modbus)
- Create varible give funtion block (port,mobus_coil,input_res,Holding_register,...)
- adjust varible mod_access_list (choise type Write,Read,Read\Write)
- Create function block MOBBUS_SERVER( IP connect =192.168.0.1 port 502)
- create functions to read data and write data value communication Modbus TCP (holdding register)
- complie program and upload program PLC
- Online and create: Watch(Project)1 or Watch(Table)1 - Program0.HOLDING_REGISTER
+ CONFIG HMI MITSUBISHI GS-2107 :(CONFFIG MODBUS MASTER)
- CREATE PROJECTS SOFTWARE GT_DESIGNED 3
- SETTING CHOICE MODBUS MASTER CONNECT ETHERNET IP (MULTI)
- SETTING IP HMI :192.168.0.1 , SETTING MODBUS SLAVE : SATTION 1 ( IP:192.168.0.123) PORT 502
- CREATE 2 BUTTON CONTROL WRITE HOLDING REGITER 0 ( BIT 0: ON, BIT 1:OFF)
- CREATE LAMP READ HOLDING REGISTER 1 (BIT 0 1:ON ,O OFF)
- CREATE NUMBERIC INPUT: WRITE HOLDING REGISTER 2 GET IN PLC OMRON
- CREATE NUMBERIC DISPLAY: READ HOLDING REGISTER 3 FROM DATA PLC OMRON
- COMPLIE AND DOWNLOAD PROGRAM GET IN HMI MITSUBISHI GS-2107
