Although he is a great dancer, technique and control wise Taeyong is actually better :) Versatility is also a big part of dance, and Taeyong is definitely more versatile. This is my unbiased opinion as a dancer 😊

If you’re actually a dancer I’m very disappointed since it’s a known fact that haechan is more versatile than taeyong adding in different styles and his knowledge in ballet to his dances and hitting every points of choreography different than the other nct members including taeyong
@@cringelord8590 I apologize, I was unaware that haechan had a background in these areas :) However, judging off of only music show performances/ on stage performances Taeyong is definitely a more powerful, more agile and a more skillful dancer. His musicality is great. Now undoubtedly Haechan is a great dancer, and while I believe that there are better dancers than Taeyong in NCT, in this comparison Taeyong wins. His upper and lower torso control, his perfect locks and release of tension, it all comes so naturally to him. Even in the structured group choreos, Taeyong still adds his own personality to the moves. An example of this is in the intro of Kick It, where he isolated his steps to match the beat, demonstrates popping, and then almost immediately goes into the main choreo for the song. More importantly, stage presence, facial expressions, and charisma are bigger contributors in dance than given credit for. While Haechan does prove that he is capable of showing this, it’s evident that Taeyong is probably by far the fiercest, most charismatic NCT member on-stage. His free styling and popping are better than Haechan too. Haechan is my NCT Dream and 127 bias, but I do believe that Taeyong is a better dancer. Dance isn’t only about the looks, it’s about the TECHNIQUE, the way a certain person carries out a move, it’s about everything. Hope this clarifies your questions :))
