I think a lot of this has to do with the fact that women’s pelvic bones are wider, allowing us to stretch them out easier and a man’s is narrower, making it more difficult. Also, Seolhwa looks so amazing in sky blue???
Idk about that but for the wall and chairs thingy, people will say only women can do that while men can't. Ofc men mostly can't because their steps way wider then most women. So the center of gravity is all on the wall. while women strapping back 3 time with their little feet the center still on their body. So that all pose in this video not all true, like they said women can do it, male cannot is a lie
It's to do with center of gravity. Women have a lower center of gravity than men because of the way our bodies are constructed. So while it's sensationalized as "men can't do this but women can" it's more a factor of training and experience. As the one guy showed in being more flexible and probably in generally better shape than the other two. Everything shown in this video can be done by either sex, it just requires training. Though some peoples body types will of course lend themselves more towards or against certain poses.

The 1st arm 1. I can do it in my 20s. Now I can only do it on left side. When you exercise much and muscles bulk up. Certain poses are blocked by the muscles.

For the one at 8:00, start in a straddle position and then bend at the waist holding your elbows together. Think of it like trying to hang and touch the ground to stretch the hamstrings and spine. Look under your legs behind you. You want to fold over in half. Widen your straddle until your elbows touch the floor. Your body can't be way out in front of your legs.

I did it often, because I thought it helps my flexibility,
but I got shoulder problems (ankle popping) from that after a while
AND it did not fully recover yet, although I didn't do it for two years.
