Work can be hectic, long and chaotic. As health care providers, we all need to stop for a moment and think about how small things can make a big difference in other people's lives.
Great video. Patient care is so important; when people are hurt and in the hospital or clinic, that person is already in a vulnerable state and each small act of kindness really does help.

Ok I get it. All we hear about is empathy and compassion for patients but working as a nurse Where do we come in because we are running all day long. We are sacrificing our mental health to work in chaotic environments and nobody is asking if we are ok. Management doesn't care, all we hear is what we're doing wrong? So how are we supposed to deliver empathy and compassion when nobody is delivering that to us?
You prolly dont care at all but does anybody know of a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot my account password. I love any assistance you can offer me.
