  • My head has been feeling SO AWFUL lately and I've been trying to figure out why. I'm scared that I hit my head again playing volleyball. I hope that it's something dietary related, but if not, hopefully the bad feelings go away soon.

I've been in that head space before, thinking I developed some permanent issue. It helps to remember the saying, "this too shall pass" because it will, even if it doesn't seem like it now. You're not stuck. I feel for you, I know you'll find a way to get past this.
If you can, see if part of the issue you're experiencing is psychosomatic or worsened by you're own anxious thoughts about the situation. Try to notice when the issue seems to go away, like when you are eating for example, try and take your mind off of it, focus on something else and see if it lessens, if so then keep doing that until it's not there anymore. I've had physical symptoms that wouldn't seem to go away until I was able to mentally let them go and move on. Check yourself. Peace to you

KoalaMama 2.0 regular doctors don’t find anything wrong with me usually. Been thinking about going to my neurologist but I honestly don’t know if what we would do there would have lasting effects since it has always been about what I’m eating and my gut. So it’s just complicated I guess.

Ahhhhh, I can totally relate. My doctor is the nicest, sweetest idiot I've ever met -_- Have you ever tried a chiropractor? I've heard mostly good stories about them.
