@@Ian-ie3hy I play the game, when I was a low level, and all my low level friends are carry around any junk they find and hoard absolutely all of it, most of the time the people with the most junk are new players who don’t know any better, and “bunch of time farming” came from what I was replying to because nobody farms for shit they just buy it from people who got it duplicated

My mate and I were camp hopping to find anything interesting in the vendors. This guy made a death trap (advertising an explosive energy weapon for sale that got scratched with a previous update) not far from Whitesprings Golf Club. We lured every ghoul and other nasty we could find to the camp and watch them destroy it. Love to have seen the look on his face 😁

Usually I’m against people destroying other people’s camps because it takes time & effort to build a camp, but trap camps are lame AF! clearly the owner of this camp did not put any effort into making his camp look nice. I played this game with the boys when it first came out and Ive been getting back into it lately but I wish I never stopped because I have no clue on what the hell I was doing and what to do but it sure is a lot of fun! Great video I like seeing the different guns people use to destroy bases and yours is my favorite so far!

I love fallout pvp, it has to possibly be the most skilless meta in any game.
It pretty much revolves around who can screw up with there stimpacks first, and its glorious.
As much as I hate getting caught in a trap camp , I respect them because in a nuclear fallout land where dog eat dog , it’s kinda what you would have .. I’m just careful of any camp that guides you through narrow passages lol ..I usually don’t go unless I check my junk , then I’ll go in just too see it lmao

Went to a vendor to buy some things, I was level 300 & they were a level 1000, they had a trap house, had no idea, died & they took all my scrap. Was so pissed. Not like they needed the scrap.

I got stuck in a trap camp once near wayward and it killed me, I didn’t understand what happened so I came back a second time and the trap failed. It was this underground shower thing.

I'd say by his breathing pattern he was pissed but trying to keep his head. People tend to not notice how heavy their breathing becomes when they get mad mad. Adrenaline is going through your veins, and your heart rate goes up, which in turn causes breathing to become heavier.

You can tell the guy WANTED to be an arrogant, annoying shit really bad. Like not even a joke -- he was that committed. I bet that stung. I remember when the game came out that within a month I had two power armored guys barge in and kill me for no reason. Well, I had a Gauss Rifle and a high VATs accuracy build. Shot them both in the head when I respawned and took their junk, which contained about 800 plastic [which was huge at the time] and they retaliated by destroying my base while I was gone, but I was satisfied with the fact that I got all their junk and my shitty base took only a little wood and steel to repair lmao. And they were the instigators, so thy got what they deserved.

Trap camps are annoying but other players wanting PvP doesn’t bug me except if they try to hunt/trap new players. This game makes it simple to ignore it but the trapping sucks.
I spawned into a trap camp and the guy tried to start pvp, I had pacifist on. Laugh emoted and switched worlds.

It’s a splitter barrel, but legacy (explosive energy weapons) have been removed from the game. They were a plague on the game for 4 years,completely broken and stupid. Now, if you put the splitter barrel on it, it resembles a short flame. The removal of legacy weapons has greatly improved the game!
@@fivenotewonder broken legacy weapons like the 50 cal rapid fire burst spread explosive machine gun and the jetpack combat meta were cancer, I was happy to see that Bethesda finally broke them and rebalanced the game after I came back after a while. Now nobody has anything like that anymore to try and harass you and kill you instantly or cheese big world bosses before people can come and tag it.

i hate that i was building a base for fun at a workshop i always plan on passive mode anyway but out of now where i was killed instantly i lost all my junk was not happy but it happens at least i got loads of space now lol but still weeks worth of loot
Happened to me once too, was just defending a workshop against ghouls etc and all of a sudden instakilled and the guy's waving around, clearly proud of his accomplishment. Ever since I just run to the edge of theworkshop area when I claim one, ready to exit the zone the instant someone tries to trigger PvP.
That almost happened once with some rando charging me an i book out the gate with him shooting @ me with the PvP Emote.. im just baggin on him and laughin my A$$ off!!🤣👌🤷♂️🫠
My worst one happened when I was using a workshop and a level 3129 decided he needed to stomp the level 51 who had a workshop.

Be leary and watch for super tight blds ,like one or no entrance, store all junk,scrap often ... good luck 🎉

If you survived my trap you get shit from my vendor free and If you don’t get salty bout it I give shit out too. We also make challenge camps that can kill ppl and scrap/stash box is always the first thing ppl pass before the traps… even with signs pointing them out

I'm newish to fallout 76, been playing since Christmas...what mod do you have on that, looks like the gatling plasma but the bullets look like..well bullets, what is that? Nvm...i read further down into the comments...still good job taking care of this asshole..when i was super newb, I died a few times to camp griefers, kept deactivating their base when i was in it so id fall to my death...now I wear PA every time i go to someones base.
its an old video. you use to be able to get "bullets explode" on gatling plasmas and other energy weapons but they removed them from the game

Good for you I fast traveled to someone's camp once not knowing it was a trap camp it teleported me five hundred feet in the air causing me to fall to my death still not sure how they did it but screw trap camping
Some camps are just built on cliffs or on the monorail, it is not that they are trap camps, the problem is that you load in before the camp does, and if the load in spot is on something they have build over thin air... you are gonna take an express ride to the ground. best to wear power armor traveling to any camps near cliffs or monorails. Though once the camp is completely loaded it is safe to travel to either way.
