Speaking on the size of the estimate, most of the time they won’t even accept files over a certain size on their system. From my experience it’s usually around 75 pages lol
Talks about signing contract but in Maryland contingency contracts don’t hold up in court, and you can only give a contingency once the final insurance contract is approved then is the final contract
