I'm 15 and today after taking a swab a doctor gave me some candies, it's very stupid, but it made my day. She told me that even if I wasn't a child I deserved them, I don't know why, but it felt really good. So thank you Thoraya for doing this amazing work.

I cry at every one of Thoraya's youtube vvideos, and they're the basis of my private "stuff to lift my soul when I get depressed" playlist. Honestly, these videos have helped me through some of my most difficult times in life, especially the passing of my grandma who shone a light into the darkest corners of the world. I feel her energy and presence within these videos because Thoraya embodies the same kindness, love, and compassion that my grandma did. I'm touched that this generosity and depth is being shared with the world in a way that is to inspire and not gain views and subscribers. This is content made with love and has taught me both about myself and humanity. I could say it until I'm blue in the face, but this is the content that this platform-and every platform-needs. If it wasn't for this channel and this positivity, I don't think I would be here today. Some videos make me cry with joy, others make me shed tears of pain for complete strangers, some have made me laugh uncontrollably, and some have made me do all of the above in such a short span of time. I love 11:06! If took one of those, I would probably keep it forever to remind me to smile again :) I used to leave notes or doodles under my plate on the restaurant. Notes like 'have a nice day!' or 'I hope you're okay:)', and doodles like a balloon with a smiley face on it. I hoped that it would cheer up the person who cleans the table.
I work in a restaurant and sometimes clean tables. That would definitely make me smile but if you don't tip then it doesn't matter how nice you are, the waiters will be very dejected (this is in America). I think another act of kindness anyone can do is clean up their table a little bit before leaving (like stacking plates and picking up stray trash) 🙂

At first I was confused why you did ‘t show the reactions of some of the stuff you did - but then I realized, one does acts of kindness without expecting anything in return, and that also includes not always expecting a happy reaction from the person. What’s important is the act of kindness

Not that the good work itself is bad or useless, just that the material/emotional response is reward enough. But that being said we, mere men, have a limited perspective.

Or why her video's consist of nothing but kindness and emotion? Its because she is genuine. You are right when you say one good act sparks another, and that's why I believe that her posting these video's are important, so ppl can see her acts of kindess and in turn be inspired to commit an act of kindness themselves. Especially if you consider how people seem to always focus on the negative aspect of things, i dont think Thoraya just wants subscribers

You already did that many acts of kindness, just by asking people about a secret, many can't get that out out of their system, and also you inspired me to be kind from now on just for the satisfaction of seeing people's faces. So when you inspire people like you did to me, by not even being present, having that many subscribers you already did something to the world in kindness already.
It’s amazing that even something as simple as giving people flowers made them so happy. Shows that it doesn’t take a lot of effort to spread happiness in the world!

I cry at every one of Thoraya's youtube vvideos, and they're the basis of my private "stuff to lift my soul when I get depressed" playlist. Honestly, these videos have helped me through some of my most difficult times in life, especially the passing of my grandma who shone a light into the darkest corners of the world. I feel her energy and presence within these videos because Thoraya embodies the same kindness, love, and compassion that my grandma did. I'm touched that this generosity and depth is being shared with the world in a way that is to inspire and not gain views and subscribers. This is content made with love and has taught me both about myself and humanity.
I could say it until I'm blue in the face, but this is the content that this platform-and every platform-needs. If it wasn't for this channel and this positivity, I don't think I would be here today. Some videos make me cry with joy, others make me shed tears of pain for complete strangers, some have made me laugh uncontrollably, and some have made me do all of the above in such a short span of time. I've been honored to have followed this channel for over two years now, and I can't thank Thoraya enough for the escape she has granted me but also for the foundation she has laid that allows me to look within myself and ask myself the questions she asks to complete strangers. I used to leave notes or doodles under my plate on the restaurant. Notes like 'have a nice day!' or 'I hope you're okay:)', and doodles like a balloon with a smiley face on it. I hoped that it would cheer up the person who cleans the table.

I work in a restaurant and sometimes clean tables. That would definitely make me smile but if you don't tip then it doesn't matter how nice you are, the waiters will be very dejected (this is in America). I think another act of kindness anyone can do is clean up their table a little bit before leaving (like stacking plates and picking up stray trash) 🙂
