I like the relationship you all seem to have, it felt like watching old friends meet up for the first time in years, well done, good video Rick. Also would enjoy a video about you and the claw grip, your putting and such
I tend too hit my shots too high. My club head speed is 105mph+ and I tend to have 2200 spin but I get very little roll because of the decent angle. Any advice? (I bag a ping g30 LS tech in 9.5 degrees)
+John Dunne 2200 spin is slighty high for your swing speed. Try to decrease it to 1900. And make sure your launch angle is around 15. If it is 20 then it will be too high
+qudjy1 I thought it was 11.1? Either way, I agree. 99% of golfers have lofts that are too low (myself included). I use a 7.5 (and with a burly tour shaft) but do need them to keep my spin rates low. Plus, I can hit it high when need be, just I have to work at it. Most people can't strike the driver presenting normal loft, never mind adding or subtracting.
+Dtyler171 You are 100% correct. 17:35. My point doesn't change nonetheless. ;) If you use 7.5 and get good launch and spin - than that is right for you. I just think most people who play could benefit from 12 degrees or more of loft on a driver - esp with todays lower spinning drivers that require launch to get the optimum distance. Some backspin is good for control.
seems like a really personable guy, always nice to see tour pro's who are top blokes as well

Great to see Scott again in your vlogs, always good to get an Aussie on the channel :)
Good to see Matt Fryer back on utube 👍🏻
Really enjoyed watching these camera angles and this course. Great capturing of how the balls being struck👍🏼
Rick gets confident on the course, you can really see that! Great course vlog so far.
Really enjoyed this! Nice that the guys were all willing to trade camera duties and stuff.
Oddly enough I barely remember Scott from Rick's OZ trip, yet I have a very good recollection of golfer girl...
The points after the final hole are incorrect. Add 4 to Ricks score & 2 to Scotts score, Matts is correct
Good stuff. Thanks for the explanation of split sixes in the description.
Best course vlog in ages
Wow, that went by way too fast! Super video, Rick!
Cheers,
Rich
I like these pro match videos
Far too busy laughing at Liverpool to watch this right now. Will get back to it tomorrow.
Scott Arnold is world number 324!
Looks like a Beautiful course with a little Local Knowledge being VERY useful.
Well done, lads...very nice course...
Great golf guys.
Always good to hear an Aussie accent.
That celebration on the seventh!!!
14:15 yes rick👊🏼😂
What are the rules to 6s... You love you to demo some games you can play on the golf course with 2 ,3 or 4 golfers
Matt, what three wood are you using in this video?
Rick, I have been asked to play in the junior team for the first time, do you have any tips, you're the best golf youtuber, Will
Played here recently but the wind was blowng a gale. we certainly used the fairway on 7.
What ball marker you using rick?
course looks great
Can I ask what corse you are playing at here in this video
Look at the name of the video

Dynamic loft?
+John Dunne The kick point on your shaft is too close to the club head. A higher kick point shaft will lower the launch angle...Been there...

that 7th reminds me of the 1st at Chorley
If Scott was just at Ping did he say anything about the iBlades?
It’s wild, but seeing Rick without his beard, I think that he looks a lot like Matt Kuchar
Rick you have a new putter and driving iron it looks like, you should do a what's in the bag.
And new wedges too.
Great V Log, really enjoyed it, shame you did not show all the holes Rick.
Why is he taking his trolley over the tee box?
I was gonna say that is poor etiquette
He's probably used to using a trolley in Australia, it gets that firm they can take trolleys on the greens!
Play at Bridport Golf Club please
no rick points here....?!?!?!?!?!? such a shame
Noooo you've deserted the Yes! :( :( :(
My house is in the background on second T
Fryer! what happened to the channel?
How did Rick lose 2 points and go from 7 to 5 by the third hole? doesn't seem right.
So ricks game doesn't really look like the quest could be realized...
+musikredakteur74 Rick shot 1 under in 3 holes. I'd consider that good, because even scott was even.
Interesting 11.5 degree 44inch on a tour pro's driver. A lot of people could really benefit from that approach. (EDIT - its 11.1 degrees - Oops.)
