Sometimes its thst easy.. But understanding the dtcs and operation of the system is also key.. Dodge's setup is different than kia but the operation is the same. Thanks for watching
If you have to replace the wcm module is there any special programming besides just programming the key? I got a vehicle from another shop and they broke the plastic all around the coil to where it doesn't mount to that module anymore amd the wire is broken also. I do have an autel key programming machine but was curious if the wcm needs flashed or anything or if it is just a direct replacement. Great content by the way. Thanks
maybe realign the module so that it is seen on the network, I would check service info on replacement as iam not 100% certain. but key programming is a must.
Question... I have an 05 grabd cherokee. Had bought an after matker key after original stopped communicating with the car and it worked fine until one day my tpms and these codes came up. Thing is the car starts and runs no problems. Any ideas?
still part of the wcm, you would have to diagnose the faults that are present on the vehicle. make the vehicle starts and that there are no bad tpms sensors first, then move forward from there thanks for watching
Bet the customer appreciated the repair and saved them money on parts

Nice fix! What caused that wire to break? Had the after market remote guys been in that module?
i believe the pins internal of the unit pinched the wire

Where is pin for the key
the pin for the key is stored in the eeprom
it must be read then decrypted.
