I'll try to explain the memes for the foreigners.
- So the government sometimes doesn't give criminals like thieves and rapists enough punishment but they immediately arrested several song producers just because their songs included the words "weed" or "drug" and other stuff like that.

3 - Medical schools are the hardest universites to get admitted to and it is the only university degree in Turkey that you have a job guarantee after you graduate. So parents and teachers usually want you to be a doctor if you are a successfull student.
4 - The current inflation in Turkey.
5 - Turkish football fans are a little bit aggressive and Fenerbahce is big a football club that lost matches in the last several years.
6 - Hakkari is a city located in the far-east of Turkey right next to the borders with Iraq and Iran, it is a mountainous city with Kurdish population where sometimes terrorist activities occur.
7 - Again, inflation... Tourists from Western countries have a good time in Turkey because their money is more valuable than Turkish lira so they can do things that they can't do in their own country.
8 - Old and conservative people vote for Erdogan.
9 - Most of the taxi drivers are uneducated people so you don't want to argue with them, they become aggressive.
10 - Izmir is considered the most secular city in Turkey, so there is a stereotype that girls from conservative cities do naughty things when they go to Izmir for university.
11 - If you say "Turkish economy is bad" during street interviews, old people who support Erdogan usually want you to show your phone, they say "how do you buy an expensive phone if the economy is bad?"

13 - This is kind of a matter of pride.
14 - Izmir was called Smyrna and it had a large Greek population in the past. Greece controlled Smyrna during 1919-1922 until they lost the war against the Turks. Due to the fact that Izmir is very secular and looks like a European city, some people say that people in Izmir are Greek. Conservative people even call the city "Gavur İzmir" which means "Infidel Izmir".
15 - Turkish shopkeepers sometimes sell items to tourists for more than they're worth, because tourists don't know their actual price in Turkish liras.
16- Yeah, especially Greeks.
17- There is a stereotype that Bursa is a city with a lot of gays. Meanwhile Konya is the most conservative city in Turkey so you wouldn't expect them to be gays but there are actually many conservative old people in Konya who are secretly gays. (Just like some priests in Christian countries)
18 - Ankara is the capital of Turkey and it has no sea coast, it's kinda a boring city.
19 - Turkish drivers are aggressive, especially in crowded cities with traffic jams.
20 - There is a speculation that the government and corporations start fires in forests near the seasides so they can build hotels.
21 - Adana is a city with a lot of street gangs.
22 - Erzurum is a very cold and snowy city.
23 - Good old times before the economic crisis and other problems...
24 - Not the best bus terminal.
25- Turkish people are a little bit nationalist...
26 - Kilis is a city right next to the border with Syria, it has A LOT of refugees. There are more refugees than Turks in Kilis.

28 - Deniz means "sea" in Turkish and Denizli roughly means "the city that has sea" but in reality Denizli has no sea coast.

32 - Turks living in European countries (especially Germany) claims that Turkey is the best country in the world and they support Erdogan. The reason why they support Erdogan is that he destroys the economy and causes inflation, which makes their money more valuable in Turkey. They come to Turkey for cheap holidays with their Euros.
