this is technically a private land and i dont understand why is it so cheap ? ~40k sqft ? whats the catch ? it just cant be water logging because im sure if it is water logging problem then entire ground floor would be sunk. very well explained, bytheway :)
It's the location's rate. Sometimes the value is there in a property if you are ok to look beyond certain shortcomings

Desperately looking to invest and this one caught my fancy cuz of the big windows and open backyard but water logging problem is a huge issue. Maybe that's the reason the asking price is not much. Although property is nice aesthetically as per my taste.
Waterlogging is no longer and issue there. The BMC has updated the drainage there by increasing it by three times.
@@rk.ravikewalramani I live in Dubai & New York primarily and it is pretty much impossible to check out if this property gets flooded when it rains. I'm interested in Madh Island bungalows too. Let's see if something good comes up.

I doubt on the point that it's been built in 1949
Owner said he moved in when he was a child. He is 75 years old now. I have no reason to doubt him.

I just go with the flow, once I start showcasing the property many thoughts cross my mind such as (1)"what would a buyer think?" (2)"Would a family be comfortable staying here" (3) "What are the changes that an end user want?" My primary focus is to think from a buyer's perspective and in that I lose track of Hindi/English.
