If Dani was going to lose 5-10 seconds anyways why not just double stack the pit box?

@@laso8608 not a pit stop takes 2.9 secs in the game so if you are gonna lose anymore than that than just stack
@@elijahmeinhard4780 its takes longer when you double stack, it does an animation of the egineers bringing out new tires, so the second car waits for a while after the first car leaves
Because the conditions are not certain. Staying out might lose 5 or 10, double stack will certainly lose around 8, so you have to gamble and take whatever it is

Hi Jarno - a couple of topics/questions:
1) Although I have obviously never driven an F1 car in real life, there are some aspects of the F1 game that seem like they would be unrealistic when compared to how one would drive in reality. One example (and something I struggle with occasionally) is TCS. Though I do drive with traction off, I remember reading somewhere that Lando has said the real F1 cars' traction is closer to how the medium setting feels in the game. The problem is, the medium traction setting is too restrictive whereas traction off altogether can sometimes be a little ridiculous (just my own opinion). What are your thoughts on F1's traction feel, and aside from short-shifting, how are you able to get on the power as quickly as possible while also staying in the power band? Even when accelerating in a straight line it can be tricky in this game.
2) What changes do you typically make from qualifying setups to full race setups? Understeer is my worst enemy on race day, and since everyone seems to have their own methods on what to tweak, who better to ask than you?

Thanks I’m using fanatec podium racing wheel f1 and V3 inverted pedals but after 3-4 months of use I don’t get a good feeling with them. I have a question - do these cars reflect the cars of the actual 2021 f1 season or do all the cars have the same performance. For example are the Mercedes and red bulls the best cars and the haas the worst or are the performance of the cars dependent on something else (i don’t play the f1 game so I have no idea)
