Why not drill out the lip of the rivets so you don’t damage either frame and can reuse them? I’ve done this on a few pair of skates. Sometimes to just replace a broken frame. Use small carriage bolts and nylon locknuts for easy future repair/replacements.

Is this Change permanent? I can't go back and fourth on Ice and Street like that easy?
Also how long/difficult is it to do this change?
What is the t- nut size please .....and the Bolt just to be sure
T nuts were #6-32, and bolts #6 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch
