Yeah, that bushing is suppose to be manually oiled, The one screw you see me removing is supposed to be an oil fill with the little spring loaded ball bearing. So more than likely they probably never oiled it till it squealed!!☺
Nice to see you two doing things properly. Just a small point, and I'm sure you both now this. When knocking studs out, like the big end studs, if you use the end of the hammer shaft, it saves the need of putting the nuts back on with no damage to the stud.
Great video Roadking. You and Mike keep up the good work. Making progress. Thanks for the upload. Oh I wanted to let ya know that I made it over to my Dads and took some pics of the Sandwich hit and miss I will be sending them to ya. Mick.
yeah Cattywhompass came out, love it! Fantastic little motor. Are there fellas that make gaskets for these (head gaskets) or do you have to make up your own, EJ?
Huh, I've got the same flashlight, except in red. Mine eats batteries for lunch. It came with my drill driver, and I never use it. If I do, I never have a charged battery for the drill driver.

That new bench is working out well. You guys are making pretty quick work of this one....nice vid!
That's a finesse hammer for highly technical situations!!☺
Good point Mate!!☺
The bushings on the other side were pretty good!! I could see how that could be a problem with the points though!!☺
You'd love it Grasshopper, you'd need some blue gloves though!!☺
Doing videos is great for jogging you memory and keeping a record. I'm always referring back to my earlier videos and learning from them.
Teardowns always look easy!! It's when ya gotta put it back together and lost half the parts or forgot where they go, then it's not so easy!!☺
We'd take care of you Buddy!! If I ever get a tank I'm sendin' it your way eh!!☺

Piece of cake Buddy!!☺
Yeah that baby has turned into a mainstay already!!☺
Yeah Mike's cool!! he gets along with everybody!!☺
I too had to tap on the rod stubs when I pulled mine apart. Looks like Mike's earning his keep lol!!
Not much to them is there ?
It would appear to be a low hour engine, any ideas why the bushing would fail prematurely?
I have 3 chargers 4 screwguns and 6 batteries!! It's cheaper to buy the complete set than to buy the batteries separately, go figure eh!!☺
Nah, a real nice gasket set is only about $7. Just about everything ya need for them is still readily available!!☺
Yeah Mike gets along with everybody!!☺
It is around here, Mike and Racer are still trying to figure out if it's a real word!!☺

I need a new taper pin for the clutch. Would it be possible to get a parts list and prices for the Maytag 92.
Lol!! He's just tryin' to help out The Ol' Man!!☺
Ya got a 57 chev buried in there? I'd love to see a vid of that.
My finesse hammer is a 10 lb sledge hammer!
Nah they're as basic as it gets!!☺
What kind of a hammer are you using? LOL
