"Red Alert 2 World Series"
This is a monthly cash-prize tournament that is split into three different game modes: Standard RA2, Yuri's Revenge, and Blitz. For each mode, we separate players into divisions based on their skill level: Pro, Semi-Pro, D1, D2, D3, D4, and D5 (for the noobies).

This channel features a variety of RA2 gameplay, including professional 1v1 matches, 2v2 games, show-matches, multi-player, free-for-all (FFA), tournaments, and cash prize events. We also feature helpful tutorials, strategies, and walk-throughs, with tips/tricks for new players. I focus mostly on PvP, but I also do PvE occasionally, like 1v7 Brutal AI Enemy challenges, Allied Campaign, and Soviet Campaign games.
"Red Alert 2 Remastered" has yet to officially release, but until it does, I've created a variety of custom maps, tiny maps, survival maps, and mod maps to keep us all entertained! We have a great community of players of all skill levels... download the game today, and come play with us! :)

💥 "Blitz"
This is a Red Alert 2 game mode of my own creation. Tiny-map, no ore, build oil for money (max 12 oils). All Allied get all Allied bonuses (minus France), all Soviet get all Soviet bonuses. There is a 10min game timer. No engineers allowed.

im sure i speak for many of us new users, i appreciate the little zoom ins and graphics highlighting the action taking place. We don't know what to look at, what units/names are called, what or why these "pro" players are doing what they are doing, so these really helped grasp it a little more.
I wish there was a series we could follow of new or mid level games, making it even more relatable in some ways or a playlist encompassing content that considers new eyes watching Red Alert 2 - there isn't much of that on youtube and could be a great series considering entry and mid level players. showcasing the 1% is great and all, but none of us are this good lol

Did you see that EA released the source code for the map editor? They're fixing a bunch of cool stuff like the tunnels from tib sun not being supported in the original RA2 maps!

I appreciate you trying out new staff every month related to casting. But you know you just cut some corners. I would advise you to watch GSL with Tasteless and Artosis, by far the most entertaining RTS casters ever. They kind of understand how to do this. But specifically GSL, in other tournaments they kind of going with the "requirements" which in reality are not needed.
Remember this still should be on the entertainment side, no matter how we would like RA2 to be a national sport.
You don't have to talk 110% of the video, this is not a radio :D and the game sound adds a ton to the experience, so I would bring that back.
Maybe you could upload some semifinals as well? 1 video a month is not that good for youtube algorithm.

You don't strike me as the kind of person who is looking for information. But I'll share anyway. I live stream all my games on Twitch, pretty much all live streamers use a cam.
When I record commentary like this video, I have to add the new cam footage over my old cam, or else you would see my muted talking head in the bottom left which I think would be more distracting.
Don't even waste time on this gentleman. Commentary is a must, there are a quadrillion things happening and it's necessary for the game's flow.
