4strokes respond to turbo better than two strokes. A 3or4 cylinder 1000cc 4stroke has much more spinning mass than the 2stroke. That’s why 450cc motocross bikes turn ridiculous RPM versus the 500 2stroke

I have the 1200 4-tec... 2018 Gade-X.... Even that sounds nasty. They make a turbo kit for $5000 that turns my sled into what you see above. The 1200 turbo is a GOD.
Where do all of these people get the weight issue from. A sidewinder dry in the MTX is rated at 475 lbs, the 850s is rated dry at 454. I'm not Elon Musk but that 21 lbs is easily made up in the rider and a power to weight that isn't even comparable isn't even being mentioned. The boosted 2 strokes were designed to maintain power at altitude... period.. I hate assuming, yet left wondering how many 4 stroke chipers have never tried one and secretly looks them up on line making sure to delete their search history incase something happens to them and they don't want their 2 stroke fanboy buddy's to remove the 2 strokes for life decals from their truck.
Because the real world weight difference is about 100 lbs. that’s why. There’s a reason market share is still 2 stroke dominant with sleds. You are also wrong about just maintaining hp. The new polaris boost vr1 makes 185-190 hp at sea level. 20-25 hp over the regular 850. They also already have pump gas tunes making 220 hp. Race gas tunes making 270 hp. The new turbo r renegade flat land just announced also produces 180+ hp. It also has methanol injection. The aftermarket will love that. Huge power on pump gas

The Seadoo quality is so ridiculous, Yamaha said the seadoo is made from recycled bottles and "why do they even offer replacement hulls?" Because its weak and impossible to repair. Bombardier is crap made in trudeaus little dictatorship up there.

Yeah i had a look at a dealership, and its even worse that skidoo and Lynx buyers are unaware that the Turbo version has been reduced from 150 to 130hp after the new Turbo R 180hp came out. They going down in power and cannot even compete with 2-strokes, Yamaha is so far ahead in power and theres no competitor in sight.

No. No you will never be near the power that 4 stroke makes. Sorry dude. You'd have to have a fully built 2 stroke motor to even get near what just a simple reflash can do for the 4 stroke.
Its heavyier for sure, but a 280hp flash for 400-800 bucks is very high gain for that kind of cost, turbokit or supercharger is like 5000 usd and get you half the power. I ride mostly technical in tight trees and i must say im impressed with these sidewinders. I recently sold my two stroke, 2018 m8000. I liked that sled but missed more power and big hp gains is very pricey on the two strokes. Anyway it all comes down to personal preference

All my friends have 850s, sure they are fun sleds and all but i let them try the sidewinder they just cant believe the power haha, its funny to se their reaction when they ride turbo sleds
