Please pray for me. I met this Godly man who is mutual friends with my friend from home. I asked her “what’s Tony’s deal?” And she continued to tease me over and over about me having a crush on him. The next day we were in a group setting and she brought him up and said “I bet he’s gonna end up with someone from San Diego” and then said “he used to like Libby but she didn’t like him back.” To try to show me that I don’t stand a chance. She’s territorial over him even though she’s not even interested in him, they have far different values. As someone who is very close friends with her, I am very sad that she is trying to manipulate it not to work instead of helping it along. I see the spirit of jealousy straight in her eyes. I almost want to give up on this man because she’s so manipulative and knows all of my traumatic history, I fear she is in his ear trying to manipulate it. Please pray for me. Does anyone have some advice? I’m so stupid for even asking that question in the first place.
