    I've got over 100 hours skating on my Tiwster SE's. AND I LOVE THEM. once you get a couple sessions in they really start to be more comfortable. They have taken several falls (I'm a big guy) and they still hold up no problem. I did replace the bearings already and the wheels are getting pretty worn now. But well worth the money. These are my first inline skates as an adult and I'm happy I went with them.

      With them being matte finish do they show a lot of abuse with scratches and paint chips??

    I have been using them for a year now (2022 model). I believe version from 2023 is exactly the same. I loved them from the very first moment. You just feel the quality. They are well built, very responsive, good looking, have amazing liner and wheels included. You can't go wrong with these skates and I am saying this as an ex hockey player who is used to very good responsiveness.

    13:25 I've been using this skate for almost a year now and the stock frame is what it is, but pairing it with Endless 100 RB made it just even better. Also, I used to have a frame shift issue on some of my previous skates, but never on this boot and I think that is thanks to those mounting plates made of high quality aluminum blocks. Cheers!

      I would buy them, but I need a break!
      I live on a hill and the road is somewhat steep and 1,5km long, I would have to do a billion of turns in order to decrease speed.
      If I only miss one or two turns I will turn into a rocket going downhill. I can do power slides at low speeds, but not when going 35km/h or even more. At such speeds my body starts to freeze and I cannot move anymore because of fear :D.
      Dont know, perhaps it's different with 100mm wheels and this endless frame, perhaps it feels more smooth and stable..?

    Nice review, I also like these skates, been skating them for almost a year, they are great! The cons that I noticed are: the strap on 45 degree buckle is hard to tie, you need to pull the lever all the way (fixed by replacing the strap); the tongue rubs against the abrasive surface of the liner which makes a hole there; and last but not least is lack of color choices, I'd really love a b&w model like Twister X has.

    I've got 11 hours on my 2022 Twister Edges. I love them. They're so comfy - my feet never hurt. I run rocker 76/80/80/76 and swapped the frames for FR 165/243. nice for freestyle and dance but the shorter frames are not stable for speed. When I skate the trail for my cardio I'll put the original frames (longer) back on.🤙

    This is something I already have! I have 282 mondo and 43/44 fits perfectly. Really the best (fitness/urban) skate I ever had. My foot is a bit wide and I have problems in many USD / Powerslide skates, but that Rollderblade fits like a glove.

      @miguecamargo9057 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    • @luedinski
      @luedinski 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@miguecamargo9057 I don't really know why they fit so good. I even have the footboard sizer inside to make it a 43. I measured my feet again and there're around 284mm long. But feet are 3d objects. So maybe you've got a wider ankle area or front foot or whatever. I didn't to anything to make it fit better besides breaking them in over a long time. I did many long trips over 30km and skated them two or three hours minimum per week.

    A bit off-topic, but I have to ask. At 1:15 (and can be seen in many of your other videos), you accelerate in a straight line by crossing your legs; that is, you push to the left with your right leg, and push to the right with your left leg. I haven't seen anyone else do this. I tried it this morning, and while I can do it, I felt that my legs were getting in each other's way. So my question to you: why do you skate that way? Power? Agility? I'm just curious!

      And the skate is fuckin fast and the wheels are very grippy, i cannot slide anymore :-( haha. The wheels have very good grip.
      All in all, I am very satisfied regarding the fit and the control it offers. I've sent back the Charcoal 90's, for me it feels like a concrete boot, it's very hard, no flex at all.

I’ve adjusted for pronation and supination plenty of times but front back literally only for endless. ciao Lino, I think the problem is due to an imperfect morphology of the ankles that many of us have, I had to modify the left shell of the RB80, drilling 2 3 cm holes in correspondence with the internal malleoli, and now I'm fine, before it was unbearable after 30 minutes.

    If they are sized like the twister pro's they are true to size. Are the frames able to be moved back/ forward on these? Ive had a great experience on the pros for about 4 years other then I should of went a half size bigger, but they have been great and are comfortable.

    • @Dark_Oopa

      None. you would just need to add few millimeters of plastic on the heel of the boot and slighly change the position of the holes. That what FR did with there UFR boot which is basically a FR1 with UFS mount.
