I just need to lose 15kgs and solve my problems w/ binge eating I’m slightly overweight, and you girl just motivated af to stick on a journey to better myself up and make my life better everyday
Sending you lot's of love and support. Take it one day at a time and don't be too hard on yourself with this journey - there will be plenty of ups and downs, just focus on becoming a healthier and happier you. You can do this! x
You are so motivating to me. It’s so hard for me to watch people who lose like 20 pounds. While that’s awesome for them, it doesn’t feel relatable to me because I need to lose so much more than that. Your journey is so relatable and inspiring to me!
I was in fantastic shape just 2+ years ago and suffered a grade 3 torn adductor and have had injury after injury since then. I’ve had pain in both of my knees for two months now since the tennis tournament which has reduced my mobility and I have gained more weight. I’m in a terrible cycle of this, causing me to be depressed and binge more and gaining weight. I just pray I can get my injuries resolved so that I can start properly exercising again and get the motivation to then eat better and get back in shape.
@@NatsFan18 the cycle can be very hard to get out of - but injuries happen and we feed ourselves out of comfort and it’s going to be okay. The depression I understand completely. First I would say to allow yourself some grace, try not to be too hard on yourself for gaining the weight and understand that it’s definitely possible to get back to how you were, it might just take time and your knees are the priority! You will get through this 🙏🏼
@@lesliesjourney thank you very much! I actually had my orthopedic appointment today and thankfully the x-ray came back no structural damage and it’s inflammation. They are giving me pharmaceutical grade anti-inflammatory and in 2 to 3 weeks. It is supposed to be healed and I am able to exercise during that time just being cautious with how strenuous it is. So I’m hopeful that this is the answer I need and I definitely want to get back to where I was!
