Learn the essential Arabic (grammar, morphology, vocabulary) to understand Qur'an, for beginners in English.

In Arabic every ISM has to be treated grammatically either as masculine or feminine, there is no neutral gender in the Arabic language. Understanding the subject of grammatical gender is critical in forming and translating correctly the nominal sentences (الجُمْلَةٌ الإِسْمِيَّةٌ), descriptive phrases (مركب توصيفيّ) and many other grammatical structures.

Every ISM (اسْم) noun+ has four properties
1. Definiteness (مَعْرَفَة - تَنْكِيْر)
2. Gender - الْجِنْس
3. Number - الْعَدَد
4. Case - 'Iraab - الْإِعْرَاب
Understanding the four properties is essential for learning Arabic to understand Qur'an. Without getting a mastery of these we will not able to understand use or translate any Arabic sentences or phrases.
(2) Gender - الْجِنْس
In English an اسْم, we have a natural gender - but in Arabic there is NO neutral gender, an اسْم has to be treated either as
(i) Masculine - مُذّكَّر e.g. مُسْلِمٌ (a male Muslim) or
(ii) Feminine - مُؤَنَّث e.g. مُسْلِمَةٌ (a female Muslim)

Assalamu Alaikum Ustadz, shouldn't 34:34, "the big new beautiful room," be feminine? Also, regarding 'Muhammadun Rasulullah,' I thought the assimilation turns it into 'Muhammadur-rasulullah?' I just listened to Surah 'Al Fath' and I can't hear a "ni" sound. Is this a different Qira'at? Oh, Surah 1:6, from the table should read ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ ٦ right?

They are all feminine words in the last row, so I am not clear what you are asking here, please clarify.
*Muhammadun Rasulullah,'* is read as *'Muhammadur-rasulullah* it is means *Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah*
This is correct -
Please observe the video carefully - it is not the same as above: the words are *Muhammadun Ar-Rasulu* not *Muhammadun Rasulu Allah,'* -
This means *Muhammad the Messenger*
so *Muhammadun Ar-Rasulu* needs to be read as indicated in the video ...

Both feminine and masculine words - have been used in this lesson 03.
I do not remember saying these were all masculine in the video on this slide. If i have done so it was an error

Asalamu alaikum warahmatullah. on 44.56 isn't the word for teacher definite since you wrote THE, it looks like the AL is missing? I assume the AL is missing for all the three examples since THE teacher is definite.

I thought tawin is use for indefinite Ism.
So why is the mubtada still have tanwin eg Hamidun instead of Hamidu
Wallikumusalaam.
It is not correct to say that Tanween is used for INDEFINITE
All proper nouns are DEFINITE - there are many proper nouns that take tanween like - Muhammad, Sallih, Nuh, Hamid, Mahmood etc etc

Here Sijnun does not have a corresponding moanaas as Sijnatun,
Haqqun does not have a corresponding moanass as Haqqatun ,
Assawmum does not have a corresponding moanaas as assawamatun , that is why they have been used that way?
This has been covered in the video lesson, why and when gender matching in required and when not possible.
At 45:01, it is the wise teacher. Shouldn’t it be جاءت المعلمةالحكيمة

I want to know is an indefinite nominal sentence and indefinite descriptive phase the same.
I do not understand your question, phrases and sentences are two different things.
Sentence gives complete meaning e.g. *The house is big*
Phrase gives partial meaning e.g. *A big house*
in descriptive cases more than one shifa, we did not see the explanation of the shifa order. which shifa should come first
A big new beautiful house
Baitun jadidun kabirun jamilun
baitun kabirun jadidun jamilun
baitun jamilun kabirun jadidun
Are all the above examples correct?
This is not relevant in Arabic as it may be in English. This is why there is no specific rule for SIFAH order

There is strict rule in Arabic on sifah order as in English

At time 33mins, the first sentence is " a wise noble man", which is indefinite. Isn't it supposed to be rajulun hakeemun, not rajulan hakeeman
" a wise noble man" is a phrase not a sentence, it has been given in nasab for illustration purposes, can also be rafa or jarr.
