My experience is just keep praying 5 times on time, continue listening to Ruqyah non stop either with headphones or loud speaker, cut out from negative families even if you think they are involved just do it, read Qur'an how much you can inshallah and Tajjhud prayer but talk to Allah. Recite Ayual Kursi and the 4 khool. Which is nas, karfiroon, ikhlas, falaq in the morning so that your protected for the whole day. If you want to do extra like myself. Recite Ibrahim 3 times after each prayer. I don't know if it still counts to recite any surah after sunnat prayer? But i still do it incase it does count. Inna illahi surah after each prayer, Listen or recite the Yasin, Rahman, Waqiah and Furqan for married or getting married to the right person. La illah illah recitation all the time even if you are not stressing, Baraka (also night surah) Fatiah surah 7 times in the morning. I also recite it at night either after Magrib or before I go to sleep. You can research more if you like as that is what I am doing now Allahumduallah🙏🤲 Tajjhud prayer and reading Qur'an and inshallah if you can pray on time.
