Quite an informative video, one interesting thing about penny stocks is that such companies can do a reverse stock split (or merge basically) to make it appear that the share price is higher and try to attract new investors. But this would be a bad for them.

Dp charges by nsdl and csdl depository is Rs 5.50 per company per selling day. It does not matter what amount of stocks you're selling or the amount per share. Therefore dp charges is not a big factor while dealing in penny stocks..

very good video. This has exactly been my experience. First I started with hunt for multi baggers. Then came experience of investing in companies with bad promoters and finally came the value trap. I have experienced all these 3 types of companies. Abhi bhi jo market hai usme all these type of companies are powering ahead. With time investors have become smart but operators have become smarter. So they have found newer ways to trick people. But the core of the con remains same. Fundamentally poor companies with no value and low market price inflated to give an impression of deep value. Companies with some fundamentals but poor corporate governance and highly overpriced by giving impression of huge future growth, And finally value traps where intrinsic value maybe high but market price correct over time due to market derating. And when the crash will come, then I want to see reaction of all analysts.
trident is also a penny stock but it is a good company with strong finacials i made 2500 rs out of it ...i invested 3500rs in it today my shares are worth 6000 rs bhai is trident an exception to the penny stock rules
