The best about the costume, aside from it's perfect accuracy, is that it somehow makes Karl's head tiny and his hands MONSTROUSLY large. As though there's an eight foot tall man below the desk playing as his hands.

I already figured out the issue with the viewer drop - You used to have two "thwack"/hitting noises during the splash/title screen. Starting a few months back, when it appears, you have only one. Viewers are confused, wandering away in search of a second thwack that will never come. Please, my good man, save the viewers. Bring back the Thwack!

I think you got things a bit mixed up here. "Original" Frank and "Skinless" Frank were dubbed over, but by the end of the film Frank is wearing Larry's skin and so he's played by Andrew Robinson who is American and so wasn't dubbed over.
And Ashley Laurence is American. So it's not quite the entire cast that's British.

Not gonna lie but speaking as someone who is only tangentially familiar with Tommy Wiseau through cultural osmosis Nearby Nisha's laughter was a lot of why I belted caffeine jittery giggles myself. Also: no friggin duh Pinhead is unrecognisable without the pins- kinda hard to look past em!
I sat through the sponsor stuff at the end, not because I wanted their product (though I will go check it out), but because of how you handle sponsorships in general. I love how you don't take any sponsor that comes along, pass the money on to your staff as a bonus, and are fair with the sponsors, too (like giving them 3-for-1). Kudos to you and your channel, and kudos to Gray Cells trusting one artist to promote another in the way that best works for their audience.
The only reason I even knew about Hellraiser was cause of the fact that Clive Barker also did Candyman.

Related but barely: I first watched the movie at home. The TV in the livingroom, where I was watching, was linked to the TV in my roommate's room. He had come home the night before and passed out drunk in his bed. As pinhead comes onscreen, I hear his bedroom door open, he sticks his head out, and says, "W.T.F. are you watching?" I don't know if the color had drained out of his face because he was hung over, or if the movie had scared him witless.

To me, the bad dubbing never took away from the story or my overall enjoyment of the film. Fun fact; apparently during one of the movie breaks, Barker witnessed Chapman smoking a cigarette while he was in full makeup and Clive Barker loved the look of a skinless corpse smoking so much that he incorporated that into the film.
