Very informative video! I have 2 textures of hair 3c-ish and 4a/b. Even with that small difference, you can see how the front of my hair is softer with coils on the end. The back (4a/b) is more uniform with sealed ends. It even locked faster than the rest.
I used to hate and be insecure of my 4b hair cause of people’s opinions but now that I’m starting dreads they absorb water so great and since it’s naturally coily it’s very easy to retwist and they’re naturally a lil shiny I throw some coconut oil in and it absorbs it greats and doesn’t leave residue, now I appreciate my hair type
I have a 3b / 3c texture and went to a Loctician and she started my dreads with comb coils and they locked from the root to the end except for the tips so far in 3 months. I just wore it braided for the first 3 months and only took it down for retwists until now.

Mr Rebel he’s gonna say everyone should like I’m Latino and my hair is lamelo balls hair it dosent matter about ur Race it’s all about hair texture u can have straight hair be Latino u can also be Latino with nappy hair if u have hair thts wavy curly do twist and rip but nappy u can just throw away a pick if u got like lamelos u can do either
I`m mix half black half white and my hair texture is like 3b or 3a and my dreads pretty much look like yours concerning frizzyness so it is possible to get decent looking dreads with that type of hair
