Only thing I see a problem with is not giving corrupting at least half a tick, especially if you're comboing it with time warp tonic and playing for short trades. The same goes for TP, you can easily count this as at the very least a tick, depending on the context of the matchup and your champion. Both of those give you the ability to win a fight in a given context. For example, you take a bad trade and get the enemy really low early game, back buy a longsword and TP forward and instantly all in the enemy. In this example, TP is worth more than an ignite. Since it allows you to win the fight and keep pressure on the wave. Same applies to corrupting, you can easily pop the corrupting and poke the enemy to make use of the burn from corrupting and the MS from time warp to break their range and out-trade them, and to survive ignites, or to survive an auto to so you get the last hit. Things aren't so black-and-white.
So what should be your game plan if you're at a Tick disadvantage? And should you play differently depending on WHICH ticks you're at a disadvantage at or is a tick disadvantage a tick disadvantage? Is there a turning point in which the opposing laner can get ahead of the Tick advantage or is this concept mainly tailored to the first couple levels?
