I'm an teen arab but this is really helpful jazak Allah Khair brother, unfortunetely my parents didn't teach the recitation of the Quran may Allah forgive them, and now i'm 17 yo trying to learn, it seems sometimes hard especially how to pronounce even though i'm an arab,and this is because of my Algerian dialect.. I ask Allah to make it easy for us all..

No one is better than another based on national, tribal or ethnic origin. The quality of your Islam is what determines whether you are superior and only Allah (swt) will judge!!

I found the people of your country to be very kind and warm hearted. Alhamdulillah. Do not worry, I am a 65 year Muslim American woman who has been studying tajweed for 7 years. I had never been introduced to Arabic until I reverted to Islam 22 years ago. It is truly a marathon and not a sprint. Here's a consoling thought: If you struggle to read Qur'an, there is greater reward in it than if you flow perfectly through it. SubhanAllah!!! Barak Allahu feekum.
