How do you prevent access from the outside in? Doesn't seem like it can be locked to prevent someone from walking in and up the stairs?
Hopefully the gated property hinder that, client wanted it open, a security guard is on duty 24/7, CCTV is also put in place. If they changed their mind and plan to close the area they can easily do that, replacing the railings with actual walls and windows. Thanks for your valuable comment.

Para sakin open masyado.Easy access to 2nd floor para sa mga burglar. Mas better siguro kung yung stairs "nasa loob". Yung need pa dumaan ng pinto para magkaaccess stairs for additional safety.
