Hi Vaishnavi, the imp questions depend on your university but mostly colleges ask about integrator/differentiator, schmitt trigger, one type of the multivibrator, one type of the filter, questions around 555 timer, few definitions of opamp properties like CMRR, input impedance.....I will suggest you to refer previous year question paper and study accordingly.
