I love him! This recipe will undoubtedly be tasteful, but I don't think it should be classified as "American style Hot wings" even if its altered for the Korean Palate. It's too far off from the original taste. With Tabasco is a bit more "American Style" but not quite because of the Mayo...Hot wings needs to be more tang than savory.
