- Bayi orangutan ini ditemukan oleh seorang warga bernama Coco di hutan ketika dia mau ke ladang. Dia mendengar suara tangisan dan rintihan bayi orangutan yang sendirian tanpa induknya kemudian membawanya pulang kerumah. Bayi orangutan ini sempat dirawat selama 1 bulan dan kemudian yang bersangkutan menghubungi call center balai konservasi sumber daya alam kalimantan tengah untuk menyerahkan bayi orangutan tersebut. Bayi orangutan bernama Temon, berjenis kelamin betina dan berusia 1 tahun. Tanggal 7 Juni 2022 unit penyelamat satwaliar balai konservasi sumber daya alam kalimantan tengah bersama dengan BOSF melakukan evakuasi bayi orangutan yang berada di desa lahei, kabupaten kapuas.
This baby orangutan was found by a resident named Coco in the forest when he was going to the fields. He heard the cries and moans of a baby orangutan who was alone without his mother and then brought him home. This baby orangutan was treated for 1 month and then the person concerned contacted the call center of the Central Kalimantan Natural Resources Conservation Center to hand over the baby orangutan. The baby orangutan, named Temon, is female and 1 year old. On June 7, 2022, the wildlife rescue unit from the Central Kalimantan Natural Resources Conservation Center together with BOSF evacuated a baby orangutan in Lahei Village, Kapuas Regency.

Indonesians sure do smoke a lot. At least in these village setting videos, someone’s always holding a cigarette.
That is true and in most of these videos they are smoking like trains around children and these young orangutans. It is disgraceful, disgusting and totally irresponsible! They claim to care for these animals and all they really care about is showing off the animal and taking pictures and videos to upload to the internet. I have never seen such selfishness!!
@@kendrahansen1175 It another culture that doesn't have access to the scientific regulations more developed nations have. Likely they are USA made cigs which have high status value & Asia is the largest market for them since they finally (after 30 years in court) lost local markets in US in 80's and 90's.
Probably best not to judge so harshly unless you know the people well.
Perhaps you could turn your justifiable anger on cigarette manufacturers and much more importantly on USA gun and major weapons manufacturers who supply most dangerous weapons to the entire world. There is selfish and there is crazy violent.

4) Orangutan rescues are a monopoly that raise their funds by exploiting orangutans via TV shows and tourism??
5) Native families who possess orangutans are the true heroes of orangutans because they love these creatures, and the creatures love them but end up with no families to care for them.
6) Orangutan orphanages and sanctuaries treat the animals by bullying them.

Those who placate the mistreatment and killing of the Orangs, the darkest of souls. They will never be forgivin..
When I lived and worked in northern Sumatra I had 3 different orang cubs as pets. They were nasty, bitey little things. They have the typical monkey greed, which is, they will eat all the time if allowed. Discusting little pee and poo machines,l kept them till they were about 12 months old and then they were dispatched to the spirit world.
It’s a hsrd life for these displaced babies. Anyone with a heart and sense of morality doesn’t abuse animals
Would love to see more women taking part in these rescues and as vets and as authoritative speakers. All we see is women as surrogate mothers doing babysitting and cleaning cages. Equality matters. Orangutans are of interest to many of us because the adult females and their children are completely independent of males except for mating.
It may be a while before you see women equally represented in these videos. Women have few rights in Indonesia and with the way the current culture and government are set up, women will continue to be second-class citizens for many years.
How can anyone call it an orphan when clearly it’s a bastard?
