Are all classes spoken in German at this university? Or, are some spoken in English as well? I notice that some professors are English speakers, and seeing that the university is so large and ethnically diverse, I would think that many of the courses are able to be taught to English speakers. If anyone knows the answer, it would be greatly appreciated.

+Jackdiddlysquat All regular classes are held in German. There are exceptions though, e.g. private tuitions, where both instructor and student communicate in their favourite language.

I would love to study conducting here a couple years from now. What would you advice me to strenghten the most for my entrance examination? I'm an early intermmediate pianist (although I learn at a fast pace) and I will start singing lessons soon.
