Hi! I have not tried applying over dip, but I would thin ig you base over the etched dip and them apply the white magic, this should hold :) Let me know!!
hi! some will work. If they have sparkles, I wouldn't...these don't adhere well to gel and will chip easily. and some contain oils that may repel gel top coats as well so it may be trial and error. Just be sure to top coat well :)
hi glenda, no the white magic would be fine without a top. the only difference it will stay more of a satin finish not real glossy look, but honestly this makes the design pop a bit more. chipping won’t be tan issue. however if you have a client that is rough on her nails you may see some scratches since the white is softer without the protection of a top coat. so if you are doing this technique on client that needs it, you can always top again after the “pebbles” are done. 😊

I have some old colorful eye-shadow pallets. Can I use them for my nails like the one your using.
