Emile Smith Rowe is proven and he is a back up for Martin Ødegaard. We need to sell Eddie Nketiah, Nuno Tavares, Marquinhos, Sambi Lokonga, and Kieran Tierney before him mate.
Smith Rowe is good at many things, but he is no replacement for Odegaard. Odegaard's most important function is organizing the team out of possession and help in progressing the ball and break the lines in posession using his vision and incredible passing. The only one close is probably Jesus. Jesus can lead the press and likes drifting around the opposition half, but is not quite the right position to fully replace his role and function.

He can play No.10 role (which Jesus can't) in early cup games and against lower league teams - like he done against Luton at home a few weeks ago. He was one of the best players on the pitch that day, and is more usefull than any of the aforementioned players to this Arsenal team.

@@leonthethird7494 Emile Smith Rowe is better than Fábio Vieira as a CAM. He can also play on the left wing if there is a crisis, unlike Vieira.
However, Vieira is better than Smith Rowe in a deeper position, like as a number 8 alongside Partey or Rice.
@@Growlizing Arteta is not playing him as LCM enough & he has been often injured last season if he clicks he can be very lethal. While Nketiah is not clinical unless he plays regularly. we were expecting him to be our Origi but he is far from it. Also next season UCL will have more games and ESR will be more useful.
From a Newcastle fan, I would listen to offers for Trippier, Almiron and Wilson due to their age, I would have considered Burn and Schar but due to Botman's injury we will need to keep them.
Livramento and Hall are players that need to play the most games next season, Lloyed Kelly gives us another LB who can play CB and if Tosin comes in that allows us to move Krafth on also for a possible versatile player like Yann Bisseck or Per Schuurs.

Kelleher be a big loss, I'd say likes of Williams, Phillips, Carvalho are all good options to go for different reasons.
Everton have 4-5 gems, and four are attracting speculation. I reckong TWO will go, and £££ for one will go to the bank only. That one is Onana, who is almost certain to go. Then it will be one from Pickford, Branthwaite and DCL. For all the chatter about Branthwaite, I reckon a 27 year old centre forward with one year left on his contract (DCL) is the likely one to go

Wilson to Villa is a terrible shout for one he's a Coventry Fan they played at our rivals stadium for goodness sake no way he wants a move to us and we've got good backup strikers which given we've got to buy Archer back as Sheffield inevitably got relegated we got Durán and Archer to choose from for that back up role. Not exactly terrible players to choose from plus can you rely on someone so injury prone I'd rather call upon our promising young striker Rory if push came to shove over Wilson atleast he's got a future in the game he isn't just picking up a pay check but that's a very unlikely scenario even if we sell one of Durán or Archer to have two strikers out at the same time is rare without the hangover effect so to speak of the Winter World Cup playing a part in the upcoming season it shouldn't be so injury crazy like it was this season imo.
I disagree that we've got to sell a major player in order to progress. The biggest player I would go for would be Digne this season hasn't answered who would start over him and Moreno as there's only been a month or so of them both being fit at the same time this season and he's on a ridiculous wage. You can't be on that wage without being a nailed on starter. We've been linked with Acuna heavily before so I believe that's who will replace him by but I wouldn't be upset if we get Hermoso for that adds something different, he's on a Bosman and he also covers CB. If it needs be we could call upon Sousa but he's probably going to be loaned out again next season along with Kosta the RB we brought from Red Star.

Villa fan here, completely agree with you about JJ and I really want him to succeed with us. The players who I wouldn't entertain offers for this season would be Watkins, Bailey, Diaby, McGinn, Tielemans, Ramsey, Buendia, Rogers, Kamara, Pau, Konsa, Mings, Martinez and some of the youth players (i.e. Kellyman, Young). Everyone else, for suitable money, we could replace.
As much as I love Douglas Luiz, getting £60m-£70m for him may be our best option moving forwards.
Genuine question here: why wouldn't you consider offers for Mings? He's been injured for a whole season and is 31 now. Do you really think he stands a chance of getting in the starting eleven in front of a fully fit duo of Pau Torres and Konsa?
@@mcalpha3 He's our best aerial defender and a leader in the dressing room, I genuinely think that a lot of our defensive issues (crosses, set pieces, disorganisation) could've been solved had he not got injured. Also some emotions behind it as I love the guy and think he's one of the most class individuals in the league.

Yes he was a major reason as to why we got back into the Premier League all those years ago but it's time we moved on from that. I'd like to think the majority of fans want us to progress, not go backwards. Mings is great in the air, yes, but he was always prone to making an error that would cost us games. I think Konsa and Pau have formed a really strong partnership, and I think you could still get around 15-20 mil for Mings if a West Ham came knocking.
You wouldn't get more than 30 for Luiz, his numbers aren't good enough to warrant a fee that big considering other players available in his position.

As a Liverpool fan i would reluctantly sell either Jota or Diaz. Diaz is a player that is fairly consistent and always available, but his ceiling isn't that high, he's just not a player that will generate a lot of goals or assists. Jota is on the other side of the spectrum, he does produce but his ridicilously bad fitness reliability is a massive burden to carry for the other players. I would let one of them go, and preferably get Kudus in with an eye on Salah's future replacement as well.

Leicester would love Callum Wilson. Is it a fit? Guehi would be v welcome back at Chelsea, we need someone good becuase Thiago Silva has gone and Guehi is English and more importantly, home-grown academy which ticks boxes. He's also a bloody good player.

As an Everton fan, I see Onana as the right player to sell. We came out and said nothing less than 80 million for Brainthwaite so it seems likely other teams will go for Onana.

Firstly, why would Arsenal sell anyone that's a great, young, home-grown back-up? ESR has shown his class, but he's been hampered with injuries. When he's fit, he's a great option to replace Martinelli or Odegaard at specific times, he doesn't earn loooooads relatively and to be honest you aren't going to get that much for him despite it being pure profit. I could name 5 players that would go over him.
Secondly, I understand why Newcastle might Wilson (in a dream world) but more importantly why would he go from being on the bench at Newcastle to being on the bench at Villa? That move makes absolutely zero sense. He wouldn't want that, and Villa wouldn't either. You just mentioned earlier about teams ideally offloading older players like Ings who earn high but don't play, so why would Villa then bring in a 32-year old that's barely played half a season?
Also, Everton should not, as a rule, be selling off one of their most important pieces if they want to kick on. Maybe when Pickford goes, the rebuild will be on, and they should do it for big cash, but if Branthwaite's in the 33-man England Squad at Everton and does well to get into maybe the 23, then his price will only increase. Everton without Pickford, Onana & Branthwaite is relegation fodder. Michael Keane, Andre Gomes, probably even Ben Godfrey should probably get shipped over your 2 main stars.

Maybe you should redo this video and call it 'One STARTING ELEVEN Player Every Club Must Sell!'. Rather than weakly saying Spurs should sell Bryan Gil, suggest they sell Maddison (because he's not consistent for this team), or Liverpool should sell one of Dias, Nunez or SALAH. Arsenal should sell Gabriel Jesus, because he can't finish. Man U should sell... OK, I'll give you that one - Antony. Man City should sell Grealish, because all he can do now is recycle the ball. Palace should sell Jordan Ayew, because the club is radically changing under Glasner and Ayew isn't part of their future. Get the idea? This is SO much more interesting. Take some risks, man.

However we are also already losing Adrian this summer so i'm not sure if someone would be cheap enough whilst having the quality to play for a number 2, that or we have to get in two out of contract keepers at a decent wage
You continue to go on about Chelsea having such a large squad but we really don’t. It’s ~26 players, which is pretty much the same as Arsenal and Liverpool. This is including some players who obviously won’t be a part of many match day squads, developing players and loan candidates. I would absolutely agree with you about this about a year ago but we’ve sold like a dozen senior players since then.

Greenwood is the guy United ACTUALLY have to sell. Not Antony. They need to leave that chapter behind now. Another they could sell is Sancho, as his stock is fairly high, and Ten Haag seem to be staying. Having him stay at Dortmund for another season could end both ways, he could be injured, or doing bad. And at the end of the day, it’s just another season closer to his contract running out. I would focus on selling those two this summer and give Antony one more season to prove himself.

Think I could speak for a lot of villa fans but I think we will never see anywhere near the amount we’re likely to get for luiz. If the reports by John Percy are true than 80m is perfect for me especially when he hasn’t looked bothered at villa since he went to his Brazilian duties in March. Tielemans is better than him all round so take as high as fee possible
A good reason for buying smith rowe for 20-25M is that you can likely sell him again for at least 20-25 in 4-5 years.

As a United fan, I don't even mind Antony tbh. Yeah, he's an insanely expensive flop but least he always gives a shit and isn't injured for half of the season. Build around Bruno, Hojlund, Garnacho, Mainoo, Amad, Martinez, Dalot, and Onana.

Leeds - Patrick Bamford. Will be 31 in September, done okay in the latter half of this season but with previous injury record probably the right time to move on.
Southampton - Kamaldeen Sulemana. Just seems to lack end product despite being a good dribbler.
Daka needs to give and souttar. souttar is an incredible player but he gets no game time.
