- Guide on Dochun, the third boss in Circle of Sundering.
Attack Pattern:
- The cycle can reset if you're too far!
- Frontal blockable aoe (stuns).
- KFM Z (stuns).
- Frontal blockable aoe (stuns).
- Linear blockable aoe (knockback).
- Aerial Knock Up
- Linear unblockable aoe (stuns).
- Counters.
- Fast linear unblockable aoe (if you hit into counter).
KFM Ultimate 5-hit attack happens after 3 attack cycles.
Dochun applies Searing Palm (cannot be iframed), if you are stunned and cannot tab break from the CC.
Mechanics: 75%, 50%, 25%
- Jumps to the middle of the room.
- Expands aoe.
- Hits in order of inner (0-6m), middle (6-12m), outer (12-24m).
- The expanding aoes CANNOT be iframed.
- Safe to go into the inner aoe once you see it start to FADE.
- Use any CC when his CC bar opens up.
- Failure to CC = he gains a boost in damage.
- Failing twice = wipe.
- The aoes extend the aerial, so getting hit = you won't have time to CC.

dang spin move skill keeps interrupting the startup frames on my Quell, I have to delay it slightly so that it can stay active for the frontal AoE and the spin move in one go.

I just returned to the game for UE4 and this boss now has 184,000,000 hp'es, as did the first two bosses. Each of his attacks, if you are hit, does around 145k damage. On the first boss, if you are grabbed, it is a 1 shot.
Hi, Ecko.. I have a questions.
1. Is this new solo dungeon doable with PVE gears or PVP gears???
2. Is this new solo dungeon doable with mid-gear???
Let's say for mid-gear, the weapon is below Raven 9, non-legendary badges, Awk/True Soul (below cosmic soul/yellow soul), the level of the character say below HM16, and the accessories say BT gears below stage 10 (including full set BT soul shield).
Please make approximation for the gears.

The amount of gear people need to do this depends a lot on their ping and skill. I would say minimum to do this is probably Raven 3 with stage 6 + legendary accessories. As long as you do 75K+ DPS it should be fine.
So DPS check is fairly lenient, ok. But what sort of defensive equipment would it need, which stage of Pet and Belt?
Probably irrelevant now but defensive gear doesn’t really matter too much. For all bosses if you can properly the attacks, non legendary belt and pet will allow up to 3-5 non mechanical mistakes per boss (except for master hong).

@@alexandergott3409 Btw It was possible, I was able to solo dochun with ice FM countless times, but Master Hong was freaking impossible, I switched to fire FM cuz people told me it was way eaiser, turns out fire FM has more burst indeed but my PC couldn't handle it cuz FPS dropped even more, all that, after switching all my gear and accessories to FIRE, which took me many weeks of farming...I quit BnS that same day, now I'm happy playing other mmo.
@@momowawa447 oof! i might have to try out fire then- the only gear i'd have to swap is my badges and unity things- hmm. This game can be quite grindy for sure-
@@alexandergott3409 this game optimization is trash, I don't care grinding, matter of fact I was able to get to Grand Celestial weapon, but the bad optimization, and FPS drops during boss battles, was the reason I quit.

That means you hit his enrage timer.
