So this is unrelated. But I wanted to tell you I’m a single mom to a 5 year old. We watch your videos together all the time. Tonight I came home after being stood up on a date. We did a craft kit together involving sand. She textured the sand with the back of a spoon to make “ocean waves”. When I asked her where she learned how to do that she said “Royalty Soaps!” And now I’m crying. Thank you for posting such family friendly inspirational videos. We love watching you craft soap, and she was disappointed that we weren’t able to get any of the summer collection soaps! "Why not just write 22ml?" The only excuse I can think of is teaching kids a bit of math.
Most of these kits are created outside of the USA in places that use the metric system and the informational pieces put into the boxes are written in the USA using the English measurement system. That is why there are usually different measurement systems being used in the instructional booklets vs the tools put in the boxes. You don't see these mix ups as often in the international kits.

The reason the kiddie kit didn’t bubble was because it was body wash added to baking soda instead of SLSA that you’re getting in the wholesale supply kit.
I actually always prefer kits where I have to measure things myself. It makes me feel like I am actually crafting, rather than putting together something almost premade (home cooked cake vs cakemix box, make your own furniture vs ikea etc)

Many of the good soap supply companies don't have free shipping. Wholesale Supplies Plus does when you spend over $25 or $35. It's a big deal when we find what soapy stuff we want and get free shipping. I've rarely seen free shipping at Brambleberry, I just got free shipping at Nurture Soap last night, and I don't think I've seen free shipping at Nature's Garden. It is absolutely wonderful to get free shipping on soapy supplies 😍.

I only buy the kits from wholesale supplies when they are on sale but have only bought lotion kits and have always been pleased with them. I have made bubble bars at home and used a book that was on one of the ladies on Facebook and bought my supplies from wholesale supplies but I didn’t have much luck with them I suppose I need to practice more. I love when you do these tests Katie.

I have become so obsessed with your channel in the past month. Your content is refreshing and almost therapeutic to watch and I just wanna say thank you Katie this is the content I never knew I needed.
Dang you. You make and present things in a way that makes me feel I want to try it too. I have now gotten everything for the beginner soap class. (Still waiting on the mica from mad mica) And now after watching this I just went and got a kit for bubble bars. Plus tomorrow evening, I will be trying to get my hands on like 5 bars of the soap from this month. All this goes to show that you are doing a great job. Love the vids and the soaps. Have been watching for a couple years and my son has informed me that I had better not make the soap or bubble bars without him so he can do this also. He is making designs he wants to try to make as he gets better at making soap so he can sell it while he makes youtube video game videos.

Same! The products are great but kit delivery is so disappointing! Bramble berry knows how to send a kit, lovely all around.
I've made 3 of wholesale's kits so far--bathbombs, clay soap (melt and pour) and a tea tree oil m&p soap. The sticker shock is real, but the end products and amount you get have so far made it totally worth it. Great for professional-looking level gifts! Also get a lot of pieces that are reusable (molds, beakers, tons of extra fragrance, etc) so just buying the base ingredients the next time around can mean a lot of cost savings.
That feeling when you get distracted half way though by seeing the slad moulds sitting at the back on going - ooooh pretty soaps - is that the next month's collection???

I would actually love to watch some streams of you making things! Your creative process is something that really helps me focus so I watch your videos while I get things done and while I create! I think a stream or two here and there would be wonderful (no pressure though!!!)
Fun tip for Roll cake designs, the "Filling" should be about .5" - 1" shy of the inner and outer edge (in relation to rolling), this allows for an earlier and slightly tighter roll appearance, and is how actual roll cakes are iced. They look like they came out great though.

I was wondering if you could could possibly please please please please please make soap paper?????? I have been trying to figure out how to make them myself but since you are the soap expert, I figured that you would the best person to do this. If your not sure what it is then let me know where exactly that I can send you some photos of it. Soap paper is the rage right now where I live in Vancouver BC Canada. It's some kind of paper that soap is painted on with soap I think and then it's dried out and cut into any shapes. When it's all done, you can take a piece put it in your hand and you pour a little bit of water over it and tada the soap paper dissolves into on the go soap to wash your hands and after your done washing your hands you just pour a little bit of water on your hands to rinse off the soap!! It's such a great idea. Don't get me wrong, hand sanitizer is still great to use but it's still not as easy to find as well as it dries my hands out. And being type 1 diabetic I have to be careful to not get any kind of cuts and what nots cause it takes a very long time to heal 😢 Plus I could loose fingers, hands, arms, and so on very easily from something as small as a paper cut😵😱 So this soap paper is the best way to go for myself and anyone else out there 💖 So I will keep praying that you can make the soap paper 🙏😃 Take care and may God bless and keep you and your family safe always❣️

When you’re doing the price breakdown, some sort of graphic would really help. I personally can’t keep track of numbers being said to me without a visual aide. I got it when you said the final price difference, but the entire breakdown you did before that I would have to take notes to wrap my head around it without an on screen visual aide.
