Then it's due to your games being in zip format, extract them using z archiver or your file manager, if it still doesn't then you might not have imported keys properly

@@loophole08 about the Dlc and Update you can long press the game and at bottom left click the 3 line button and from there you can update and add dlc, And about the FPS , if you have NCE option turned on, and have 0.5x resolution, it is at it's peak performance, you can try other drivers for your GPU to increase the fps but keep the NCE enabled
There can be only options, first make sure that you have installed the firmware correctly, and it shows it's version under firmware in settings, and second you can try disabling NCE option and then try if it is working, if it still doesn't work then it's incompatible:/

There can be only options, first make sure that you have installed the firmware correctly, and it shows it's version under firmware in settings, and second you can try disabling NCE option and then try if it is working, if it still doesn't work then it's incompatible:/
