I wanted to know to whom the bond money is required to be paid in the court and whether it is to be paid in cash, cheque or dd? Will the accused be automatically released from the JC on submitting the Bail Bond in the concerned court or do you have to contact the jail with the bail order and proof of bond? Whether the surety is also required to pay the surety amount with the bail bond or it is only when the bail conditions are violated by the accused? Do we have to submit bail bond to the judge or the ahlmad or any other person in the court?
Bond money is not required to be paid at the time of furnishing bail bond... You can file FDR alongwith bail bond or RC of a vehicle which is not mortgaged but the same may be kept on the court file. After the court is satisfied with the surety then the surities thumb impression Alongwith accepted bail bond will be taken on record by the concerned court staff. You will also have to give a filled up personal surety bond to that concerned court staff who will automatically send the orders for release alongwith with person bond in the concerned jail and thereafter the accused will be released by the jail authority. Surety is required to pay the amount if the accused absconds. Give the bail bond to the reader who will present it before the concerned Judge
