Would be really helpful if you said what ply the yarn is. When I finished the mask it almost fits me. I can see it fitting 10+ age child. The measurements you give seem very large for a child
Lynne Kirk , Hi, if you read the description box all the details are there. I put what yarn I used and it’s a sport yarn. I made the mask myself and even fit it to my niece who is only a 3 year old.

I'm halfway through this project and I feel like it's going to turn out small fingers crossed it doesn't! 🤞🤞🤞❁ Great mask though! Like if you agree but I bet I will only get one like at most lol
On your rows 5-15 on the kids face mask are you repeating the 6 sc and the 2 sc in sane st or do you just do the repeat that once in each row the video goes to fast to see exactly what you are doing I would like to make a couple for my granddaughter but the video is to fast or could you do another video in real time so people like me can see exactly what you are doing Thanks Joanne

i was confuse in 2sc tog in written pattern. i am not a visual learner, i am more on written so until i watched the video that I understand that it is an increase. maybe you can edit it to 2sc on next stitch? just a suggestion though
yes, it’s an increase. I already edited it. I have never crochet using a written pattern and just learned on youtube so I try my best in writing the patterns so I can share my work. Sorry for the mistakes.

Same thoughs. "2sc tog" can be a little confusing. Might as well just say "sc inc" or like what she said "2sc on next st"

Hi, it is advisable not to use any mask to children under 2 years of age as they don’t know yet how to properly control their breathing.
