I have the palette and most of the colors aren't pigmented at all. But for the price of $10, it seems like you get enough shadows that'll work out.

lighter concealer is to highlight under the eyes so it looks brighter (:

If you wash your face properly at the end of the day and use the right skin care, its not that big of a deal.
If you take it off correctly and have a good skin care routine it shouldn't. I have really clear skin and wear makeup like this all the time.
The answer to that would be no, make up doesn't ruin your skin. Probably isn't going to help your skin, but it definitely will not ruin your skin.
