Tempe composted for edible gardens at that location. Until this campaign started. Convenient. They'll get an 8yr tax holiday which revenues won't make up for. And no housing for 7,000 low wage workers that'll need more city resources to provide. Maybe coyotes should buy legacy in Mesa?

The city of Phoenix will do anything they can to ostracize Tempe out of having this arena.
