I want to share this with everyone. I live in Chattanooga, Tn. I worked in Nashville, TN as a correctional officer years ago. One of the units housed mentally ill people. I was told the facility were they normally go was full. These guys had many problems and always were hurting themselves. I watch a young man split his head open and used a pencil to dig out his flesh. Blood everywhere in his cell. I called for medical and was told to let him do it. No one ever came to help. These men never received any counseling or treatment as medication at times. This facility had no help for these guys and should not have been housing them. Eventually the mentally challenged people were ship to a East Tennessee facility. America has a major problem with mental health. Instead of helping people like this they rather jail them. I will continue to say the United States can help every country but can’t help it’s on people.

An interesting thing about when they lit him up outside the Goodwill, the police were so disorganized that one of them actually grazed another one's wrist, they were shooting toward each other. After he was shot a bunch of times at first and was still reaching for the gun on the ground, they could have walked right up and just kicked the gun under the car, no way he could have lifted it up and pointed it at them, being flat on the ground and close to dead. Instead of just doing that, they chose to shoot him again from a distance, and almost killed that other cop. Cops are seriously gutless, afraid to walk up on a guy flat on the ground with probably 5 or 6 bullets in him at least.

An interesting thing about when they lit him up outside the Goodwill, the police were so disorganized that one of them actually grazed another one's wrist, they were shooting toward each other. After he was shot a bunch of times at first and was still reaching for the gun on the ground, they could have walked right up and just kicked the gun under the car, no way he could have lifted it up and pointed it at them, being flat on the ground and close to dead. Instead of just doing that, they chose to shoot him again from a distance, and almost killed that other cop. Cops are seriously gutless, afraid to walk up on a guy flat on the ground with probably 5 or 6 bullets in him at least.
