Thanks, I am sure the shark could hear my bubbles and hear the scooter, but it just seemed to have no interest in me. I was concentrating on trying to get the best video I could as it swam.
@Speedospearo WelI, I wouldn't know about a cube anymore! I now work with a marine/coastal engineering and consulting company, and I have a nice big office on the 6th floor with big windows looking toward downtown.
Thats not fun , no shaft with a trident and a GWS! Next time that a Jewfish does that…PH it….and leave a gift to the GWS…by the way you’re in the spot!
I was hoping that chasing a GWS while solo would allow me to keep my MAN CARD for another week or two. I guess not? BTW I shoot fish while snorkeling too.

So happy to see a living sawfish. With all the ones dying lately, kinda scary to think how many could possibly be left.
yeah I don't know too much about them. Was very cool to see. I reported it to FWC, they have an email for that.

Saw my one and only free diving the spillway in the Chagres River.
I've heard about them dying. I have only seen them maybe 10-12 times before at various locations in the general area. They are pretty rare.

I have never had to shoot a jewfish, a few sharks, yes but still very rare.
