Pros:
Overall quite nicely finished
Has a good weight and feel to it
Size fits my hand
Sturdy built
No dangerous sharp edges
Still bright considering the thin neck design
Loud sound
Cons:
Ignition switch is simply glued to the hidden activation button underneath the control box. It got loose, i had to superglue it again.
V4 blade as usual, not very outstanding.
Obi Wan is my favorite character, and i'll be soon ordering the redeemer. But I've always wondered if the box isn't in the way for duelling.
I'm going for a 12w deep blue color, viridium sound and weathered look, champion edition.Do you have any recommendations? Not planning on using it, just for display and holding it in my hand from time to time.
I've heard that I does, but only if your spinning it in your hand

It's not exactly better or worse. It really depends. BUT if you're looking for a very basic stunt saber, then Ultrasabers is the way to go because they offer those kind of sabers at a very low and reasonable price. Simple designs that are comfortable to hold too.
Thanks! But yeah, I'm not on a budget. I'm willing to go all out for my first one. I've been saving up for God knows how long. I'm looking for a durable lightsaber, which is the best for duelling, an awesome looking and well finished hilt. As for the brightness, average or just bright is fine. So based on that, what do you suggest :) Sorry for taking up your time.
However, If you're willing to spend a little more and you're patient, you can also get a saberforge saber which in my opinion is a little better quality and has a pretty good some board and just really makes you feel like a Jedi
I have the static problem when mine is muted, but what it means is that the battery is just low? Will it stop once I charge it again?
it should. either that or it'll reduce to a minimum.

+ferociousfrankie Have you made up your mind? I personally think this hilt looks better itself, but I think ROTJ Luke (Prodigal Son) is more iconic! Also personally for me I just bought a Hasbro Force FX Luke Skywalker, which is blue, therefore I would rather get a Green one....but I still think this hilt is better and i'd have to get it in blue to resemble Obi-Wan. TOUGH DECISION!

i'm actually not bothering by the small amount of inaccuracies considering saberforge isn't affiliated with lucasfilm so licensing would be an issue I guess.
why does the viridian repeat the same swing sound so much?
+Spurr It's all selected at random, plus, i set the motion sensitivity quite high on this one. Coincidentally it was playing the same swing sound repeatedly, i guess..

So this saber doesn't come with a blade lock up sound + effect ?
+liamblol89 No, the Champion Tier Saber Forge sabers do not have blade lock up effects. Instead, they have the blaster bold deflection sounds (in the viridium font) and force lightning (in the crimson font).

Do the Vader's Vault blades fit completely into this hilt?
yes, because their blades are 1 inch in the outer diameter ; same as all saber forge and Ultrasabers blade size.

Hey! Nice video, and i really like that hilt! But can i have a question? You seems the only one with the Light Blue. How does that light blue looks in person? Because i have the Consular with the Light Blue 12w and on person it looks more like a .... well i can't say, because i don't know, but at 8:04 right on the top of the white core, there is that and it looks exactly like that, but its nothing like '' Obi-Wan's '' color, it's not bad, its a quiet nice color, but i thought it would be like Obi-Wan's!

I've seen a few different things about the redeemer switch, was that standard or did you have to modify it? They used to be cosmetic and the actual switch was on the side.

+bagas agung Ultrasabers has a better focusing lens for their LEDs making the light more focused with less to no base flare at all. Also, for sabers with sound, Ultrasabers pack the speaker in a nice chassis, not with Saber Forge though - this makes it risky to duel with a sound saber from Saber Forge. Not to forget Ultrasabers has zero turn around time. You order today, they make it tomorrow and ship it the day after.
BUT, if you are looking for a nice lightsaber hilt design, then go for Saber Forge. Their hilts are more complex and better sized.
+bagas agung ultrasabers doesn't have Obi Wan's nor Luke's. It only has the Archon v3 which is more expensive.
