I relate so much to you needing the slower start to the year, I ended up staying longer at my parents as I was just so low and struggling a lot after Xmas with the idea of a new year! I think it was my way of avoiding going back to a life in a city where I put a lot of pressure on myself all the time so seeing all the content about goals/getting on your grind was super overwhelming, not right for me and just made me scared rather than excited for a new year. Deciding to be slow, mindful of what I actually want rather than what I should do and being gentle with myself was exactly what I needed. Hope you’re feeling better and this is your reminder to treat yourself with absolute kindness and follow what makes you happy 💞
